THIS EVENING AFTER A LONG NIGHT OF STUDYING I FOLLOWED MY NOSE INTO THE KITCHEN AND FOUND D.J. IN THE MIDDLE OF 2CUPS OF FLOUR AND 1CUP OF SUGAR. IT IS NOW OFFICIAL THAT D.J. HAS BEEN BITTEN BY THE AMISH BREAD BUG! BY MORNING WE WILL HAVE 2 LOAFS OF AMISH BREAD, 1 AMISH CAKE AND 12 AMISH MUFFINS. AT THIS RATE D.J. WILL BE IN THE RUNNING FOR A AMISH BREAD BOOTH RIGHT BESIDE THE BOYD CHRISTIAN LACE CLUB AT THE CHRISTMAS CRAFT FAIR. SHHEEESSHH.....

We love it too and have gained a couple of pounds because of it!
Ok i'm happy to see that i'm not the only one cooking this bread. Unfortunaly i forgot to do a very big step and i messed mine up :(
